Sofitel Hangzhou Westlake

I must say that the Sofitel West Lake may have been the highest quality hotel that we stayed at during the trip. Service and friendliness were top notch, and the hotel was beautiful. The rooms were also luxurious, and the bed was the softest of the trip. Probably still soft by western standards, I was so sick of the super hard Chinese beds that feel like you’re sleeping on particle board, that I practically melted into my bed at the Sofitel. It was the most comfortable sleep on the trip for me.
