Yong’an is a transportation pivot and the important material transferring and distributing center for Minzhong area (the middle of Fujian Province).With Yingtan-Xiamen Railway crossing through, 28 trains pass over with the destinations to Beijing, Shanghai or other places. In addition to the railway system, the highway transportation networks have also been expanded, Tongjiang-Sanya expressway, No. 205 National Road and No.305 Provincial Road have linked Yong’an to the coastal area of Fujian Province and other provinces. Public buses and taxies are also very convenient for tourists. Quanzhou-Sanming expressway is now under construction, once it is completed, it will facilitate local people for going to the coastal areas and the rest of China.
