All runners are asked to participate in course inspection on May 17.  The Great Wall marathon is a very tough run.  5,164 steps on May 19 is waiting for you. 
06:30 hrs Departure from selected pick-up points in Beijing
09:00 hrs Arrival at Huangyaguan
09:15 hrs - 08:45 hrs Technical meeting
10:00 hrs - 11:30 hrs Walking the wall section
11:30 hrs - 14:30 hrs Lunch (sandwiches, fruit and one drink)
14:30 hrs Busses start leaving for Beijing

May 19 - Marathon Day 　 　 　 　 　 　
03:30 hrs Pick up at the parking lot of the Beijing International Hotel
05:20 hrs Pick up in Jixian /Pinggu
06:15 hrs - 07:30 hrs Opening of the marathon (warm up, a short speech).  
All participants MUST BE ON SITE at 6:30 hrs  　
07:15 hrs START 5K
07:30 hrs START Group 1 of Marathon and Half Marathon at Yin & Yang square
07:40 hrs START Group 2 of Marathon and Half Marathon at Yin & Yang square
09:30 hrs START 10K just outside Yin & Yang square

May 20 - Marathon Party - Gala dinner
