Overview:Yangshuo is 63km south of Guilin, a township which is embraced by Li River and Yulong River on the outskirts, within the arms of the limestone peaks. Lots of outdoor activities like biking and trekking for a weekend holiday.

Yangshuo is in the subtropical and monsoon zone with four distinctive seasons.
Spring is warm and humid, rains frequently, it is the best time to take a boat ride on Li River.
Summer in Yangshuo can get very hot during June and July. Highliy recommend you to ride a bike through the countryside in Yangshuo in the early morning.
The autumn is the best time for visiting Yangshuo, where farmers are working in the rice paddies in Longsheng, take as more photos as you like!
Winter time is not so cold and you might like to join in a trekking tour along Li River.

Yangshuo weather forecast
The 83-km-long waterway from Guilin to Yangshuo is the masterpiece of Li River, decorated with rolling hills, steep cliffs, fantastic caves, leisurely boats and lined bamboos.
Fishermen come in the feathered coat of cormorants, birds perching on their master's bamboo boats waiting for prey. The metal clasped around their neck stops them from swallowing their catch.
A leisurely 30-minute ride from Yangshuo, and to the west of the highway, is Moon Hill, a limestone pinnacle with a moon-shaped hole square in the middle.
