| Upon arrival at Kunming airport, picked up by our local English speaking tour guide and drive to the hotel. Then transferred to visit the Grand View Park and the Flower and Birds Market. |

| Day 2 Kunming, Zhongdian ( B,L ) |
| Packed your breakfast, we will catch the early morning flight fly to Zhongdian. Be met at Zhongdian airport and tranferred to start your tour. Visit the Puda Tso National Park (including Shudu Lake & Bita Lake), Tibetan Family visiting and the Songzanlin Monastery, where you may see the Lama having their evening lesson. |
Bitahai Lake | Bitahai Nature Reserve, located 35 kilometers east of the county seat of Zhongdian, it is an intact natural attraction with outstanding flora and fauna and picturesque landscapes.In the reserve itself, century-old pines and cypresses grow around Bitahai Lake, in which the water is crystal clear. | Songzanlin Monastery | Songzanlin Monastery, or 'Little Potala' as it is affectionately known, is a spiritual place that invites you to discover the mystery and traditions of Tibetan Buddhism. It is the largest Tibetan Buddhism monastery in Yunnan Province. Such a sacred place seems to purify the soul. |

| Day 3 Zhongdian, Deqin ( B,L,D ) |
| Today we'll drive from Zhongdian to Shengping Town in Deqin County (187 KM). Visit the Napahai Lake, Great Bend of Yangtze River, enjoy scenery of Jinsha River Valley, wooden workshop at Benzilan en route. After lunch, visit the Dongzhulin Lamasery, through the Baimang Snow Mountain, enjoy the splendid sunset view from the top stop. The view along the way is fantastic with different kinds of trees, streams down the valley, prayer flags and stupas, and Tibetan villages. Stay overnight in Deqin. |
Napahai Lake | The Napahai Nature Reserve, at an altitude of 3,266 meters above sea level, is located 8 kilometers northwest of the county seat of Zhongdian. | Shengping Town | Shengping is the highest town in Yunnan province.Because of its remote location and high altitude, it still managed to keep the original flavor of a wild Wild West small town. | Dongzhulin Monastery | Dongzhulin Monastery is located in Deqen County. | Day 4 Deqin ( B,L,D ) |
| Get up early in the morning (packing breafast), we'll drive to Mingyong village, stop at Feilai Temple to enjoy the sunrise of the Meili Snow Mountain (if good weather), stop for photos at nicer places en route. After lunch, start your hiking trip from village up to Meili Snow Mountain (or ride horse/mule up & down). After about 3 hours trekking, get to the Taizi Monastery (4759 m altitude), a good spot to view the magnificent Mingyong Ice Glacier. After the tour, drive back to Deqin County. |

| After days of toilsome but exciting trip, you're likely to be a little tired, so this morning you can enjoy a breezy relaxing time for getting refreshed. After lunch, we will drive back to Zhongdian (about 5-6 hours driving), enjoy tremendous view of mountains, lakes and forest on the way. |
