In a short delay I wish to give you a feedback about the trip we had in Beijing and Guilin:  In Beijing we met Nancy, one of the best travel guides we have ever had. She was extremely friendly, supportive and helpful. She knew we have a big language barrier and made everything she could in order to make our stay in Beijing as pleasant as she could. She used to give us recommendations of where to eat in our spare time and even made an effort to write to us in Chinese helpful words as vegetarians etc. since we cannot eat meat.

As for her actual role as a travel guide she did everything to make the trip perfect: her English was very good. Very easy to communicate and understand her. From checking the status of traffic and amounts of visitors in each sites she knew how to reorganize the itinerary and recommend us where to go first and what to keep for last. And really, in most places the traffic was quite good and the visitors could have been much worse if she hadn’t done so. Most important than all we could visit every site from the itinerary and together with that have some time of our own. Please send her our regards and make sure you give her our good feedback for her excellent job!!! She should be your first choice when you need a perfect guide in Beijing.

Hi Allan, Thanks for doing the refund so quickly. I will keep the contact or future tourist trips. I come to China each 3 months so have lots of opportunity. I am going to Jiuzhaigou after Chengdu and the photo of it on you site looks very nice.

Hi, Allan! My husband and I had a great tour to the Panda Breeding Base and Leshan. We would definitely recommend your tour to any friends who visit Chengdu. Tina, our tour guide, is great! We truly enjoyed our time spent with her. I would make one suggestion for your driver when he picks up guests at their hotels. It may be helpful to fix the sign with the name on the van window so it is visible at all times. I went outside the hotel at my designated pickup time. I saw him sitting in the van, but with no sign showing my name. Several minutes later, my husband went outside to check again and this time the driver was holding the sign in his hand. I would have seen him the first time if the sign was visible. Our comments on the food - it was OK. We had the chance to eat many different dishes while we were staying in Chengdu. The dishes we had for lunch were OK. Perhaps you may want to suggest different dishes to the restaurant. I hope our feedback is helpful!

We are now in Chengdu and went to see the pandas today, they were just gorgeous and we have enjoyed this very busy city.

Thank you for your help with the Yangtze cruise, it was wonderful and so spectacular. The crew on the ship were friendly and made us welcome, we were the only 2 English speaking on the cruise, but this was not a problem at all. The Chinese people were very kind and friendly.

We loved Gui Lin and the day cruise on the Li River was really great, we were picked up on time and dropped off on time, the guide was lovely. I would recommend you and your company, you have been most helpfull. We are going to Xi'an tomorrow for 2 days, then Beijing and then Shanghai. We are loving China and are surprised how beautiful it is. Kind regards,

We just came back from our honeymoon. It was great.
We are completely satisfied with the service and the tour overall experience. We will gladly refer your services to our friends and family should they plan to visit China.
A couple of comments on the tour:
- the hotel in Shangai is not adecquate for accomodation. It is the only one we have a negative comment.
- the tour schedule is very nice. so no comments there
- tour guide in Beijing is OK but not compared to the good quality of the guides in the rest of the cities. Being Beijing the most important touristic destination you might want to consider that.
- James, the tour guide in Xian is completely fantastic. He is THE BEST of all. We would like to send him a thanks note. Do you happen to have his email? We would like to thank him again directly.

Again, we are completely satisfied customers and would love to do another tour with you guys in the future

Thanks for your e-mail. I'm glad to say that we had a good holiday in China thanks to your arrangements. Here are my comments:

Guides:
John (Beijing) and Sunny (Xian) were both very good. Their English was excellent and we had no trouble understanding and communicating with them. John was extremely helpful when it came to making lunch arrangements for us so that we could try authentic local Beijing food. He was able to make the ordering and seating very simple for us even though the restaurant was very crowded and busy. We really appreciated this. On our final evening at Xian, Sunny and the driver offered to wait for us to finish our dumpling dinner so that they could take us back to the hotel, knowing that it would be very difficult to find taxis during the rush hour. We appreciated that very much as well. All the drivers were also good.

Food:
The lunch provided in Beijing was very good (except for the 1st day which was catered more for tourists who don't know how to enjoy real local Beijing food). Lunch in Xian was not too bad. However, we thought that the dumpling banquet was a bit of a disappointment. The dumplings were not very tasty.
