Full trip over all was fine with me, accommodation and food and beverage was also all right. For Grand Valley i never expect is about 4hrs to completed the Grand Valley journey, very very tired................. May be in future if I am going to China again, i may contact you again. Dear Libby Thank you for arranging this tour for me and my family. It as been great fun and we enjoyed it very much. The the tour guide, Peter is wonderful and very professional. He went out of his way to provide us assistance. The driver is great too, so is the van. The pottery workshop is a let - down though. There was hardly any teaching.The people there just let the kids do their own thing. I know this is not in your itinerary; I had requested for it. The hotels are ok, generally. We do like the one at Jingdezhen. The room is big and clean. Regards

Hi Libby, Thank you very much for arranging our Hangzhou trip. We enjoyed our visit. Yes, we had a problem finding our tour guide but its okay. I just read your September 7 e-mail now because we were already at Shanghai at that time and I wasnt able to access my e-mail. Everything was okay except for the hotel, which we understand because it was a weekend and we know its hard to look for a hotel during weekends. Libby, I am curently in Hong Kong visiting my daughter Kate. I must say that I fully supported your support and consideration during my visit to your amazing country. I do have a few suggestions that you may find useful and constructive and will put these together and forward them to you when I return to Australia on 28 October.
