Tipping Policy in China

Hello Sara!
I hope all is well with you. You may recall that you arranged a three-week trip for us just over a year ago for my wife, Char and myself. We met you in Guangzhou to start our trip. We have some friends who are planning to spend sometime in China and I said you might be able to help them. Can I pass along your email address to them? Should I use the same address as this email? We still have alot of snow here. I am sure it is are! thanks so much.

Hi, Allan,
Everything went smoothly although the timing was tight and there was a 45-minute delay from Xian to Beijing. I realised that we did not know which terminal we had to go to for our connecting flight to Kuala Lumpur. It turned out that it was in the same terminal building but we were very worried at first because of the flight delay. My suggestion: It would be good if information about terminals for connecting flights is provided.

That's all from us. I hope these comments are helpful. In any case, thanks for all the effort you've made in providing us a good holiday in China. It was a good experience and quite tiring but we enjoyed ourselves very much.
