Introduction

The Beijing Lusongyuan Hotel lies in the center of the ancient city, an old-styled "Hutong" in the eastern part of the city. It is surrounded by historical buildings built since Kublai Khan''s Yuan Dynasty, and much of the buildings built from the Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties are still preserved today. Hutongs and quadrangles are typical Beijing architectural structures featured here. Hutongs are ancient styled lanes unique to Beijing. Quadrangles are the main structures inside hutongs.

The Lusongyuan Hotel has not only preserved traditional architecture, but also the artistic ancient way of life so you can experience the traditional Beijing customs. There are teahouses in the courtyard, studies in the ancient classics, and open areas for Taiji and chess playing.
