People are very fond of this ancient and special drama. This opera was originated in Han Dynasty, developed in Tang Dynasty and became prosperous in Song Dynasty. Shaanxi Leather-Silhouette Show has many kinds of vocal music. The artisans' skills or both performance and carving have reached a very high level. The traditional repertories are "Competing to Become the Bridegroom" and "Traveling the West Lake".
