Foshan Lotus World
Foshan Lotus World is known as the largest lotus theme park in the world, located in Sanshui district of Foshan and occuping one thousand mu(66.67 hectares), where one can enjoy more than 30 varieties of lotuses, lotus foods of different sorts.
The grounds are divided into eight main areas, including the Culture Square, the Central Area, the Species Appreciating Area, the Water Platter and Water Lily Area, the Dining and Entertainment Area, the Scientific Research and Breeding Area and the Lotus Seed Collecting Area.
Here also provides a series of recreational activities, like theatrical performances and fishing, etc. It is not only a very beautiful tourist site but also an excellent venue for leisure. Foshan Lotus World is named as Fairy World ! It attracts flocks of visitors each year.
