Overview

Nanning cuisine is generally light with dishes placing an emphasis on the freshness of the ingredients. Although its curative properties may be suspect, its spice factor will make you sweat. Over at Minsheng Road is Xiaodulai Shejie, a great good street where you can eat your way up and down the street. Another street to check out is Zhongshan Road Meishi Jie, which is lined with traditional restaureants serving local favorites.
